At David’s Kingdom Academy, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children are encouraged to grow spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally.

Through play-based learning, hands-on experiences, and biblical teachings, we strive to inspire curiosity, build strong character, encourage independence, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

We believe every child is a unique blessing from God, deserving of love, respect, and opportunities to discover their God-given gifts and talents.

Our commitment is to partner with families in building a strong foundation of faith, character, confidence, and essential life skills that prepare children for success in school and beyond.

David’s Kingdom Academy was born from a vision God placed in my heart during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. In September 2024, while experiencing homelessness and expecting my son, I faced uncertainty about my future. Yet, in the midst of it all, God gave me a vision that would change my life.

That vision inspired me to return to school, grow as an educator, and build a nurturing, faith-based environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

​

Since then, I have earned my Associate Degree in Child Development from Los Angeles Pierce College and am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Development at California State University, Northridge (CSUN).

​

My journey doesn't stop here. I plan to pursue my Master’s Degree and continue advancing toward my Child Development Director Permit.

David’s Kingdom Academy is more than a childcare program. It is a vision built on faith, perseverance, education, and a heart for serving children and families.

Our Christ-Centered Learning Philosophy (Ages 0–12)

At David’s Kingdom Academy, we believe children learn best through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Our Christ-centered approach supports each child’s spiritual, cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.

Faith & Character Development

We incorporate Bible stories, prayer, worship, and devotionals into daily experiences while teaching Christian values such as kindness, honesty, compassion, respect, and responsibility.

Play-Based Learning & Academic Enrichment

Through hands-on activities, children explore literacy, math, science, art, and creativity. Younger children engage in purposeful play, while school-age children benefit from homework support, STEM activities, and enrichment.

Whole-Child Development & Life Skills

We encourage confidence, independence, communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving through age-appropriate activities and real-world experiences.

A Safe & Nurturing Environment

We provide a loving, supportive environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
